Corporate Biodiversity Strategy

We use a structured development process which brings stakeholders together through a series of decision making workshops to co-design a robust coporate biodiversity strategy. We use decision science approaches to establish a clear shared understanding of the fundamental objectives, allowing us to take an adaptable approach whilst retaining sight of our goals. This clear direction allows the team to identify key activities, review existing projects and draw out important synergies with other areas of sustainability. To provide structure, the team collectively create a strategic framework which helps our clients understand how separate elements interrelate to deliver the fundamental objectives. The strategic framework then provides a structure which allows us to create a holistic biodiversity strategy which guides reporting, informs decisions and leads directly to implementation and action.
